Acronis #CyberFit Academy has announced a certification programme for 2023
Acronis, a global pioneer in cyber security, is thrilled to announce the launch of the Acronis #CyberFit Academy Certification programme in 2023. The initiative will give Acronis partners with updated training to help them succeed and raise their overall profitability. Partners that attend training use twice as many Acronis products and require 30% fewer support requests, boosting income and lowering support expenses while improving customer satisfaction. The most recent Acronis #CyberFit Academy curriculum includes 22 new certification courses, including five recertification courses that cut yearly technical certifications from more than 20 hours to less than three hours.
The program’s purpose is to recertify existing partners while also onboarding new partners. Partners get 104% more profit and 10% more workloads per technician after being qualified. The company is convinced that by providing the required training and tools, their partners will be able to better serve their clients and develop their companies.When Acronis partners fully grasp the breadth of goods and services available, they can sell them to consumers more effectively and confidently.
